Training in Silent Counselling

Many of the people who feel drawn to train in Silent Counselling are already supporting others in some way.

They may be coaches, therapists, counsellors, complementary practitioners or leaders within their field.

Often they have developed significant skill and experience in their work, yet they recognise that some client patterns continue to repeat despite the tools already available.

This is where Silent Counselling offers something distinctive.

Kelly Butchart - Training

By working directly with the subconscious mind and the meridian system of the body, the modality allows practitioners to identify and release the root cause of emotional patterns, often far more efficiently than approaches that rely solely on conversation or analysis.

For practitioners who wish to deepen the results they facilitate with their clients - while also continuing their own personal evolution - training in Silent Counselling can be profoundly impactful.

Alongside practitioners, there are also individuals who feel a genuine calling to understand the subconscious mind and emotional healing more deeply for personal growth.

Both women and men are warmly welcome to train with me.

What is Silent Counselling?

Silent Counselling is a gentle yet deeply effective modality that works with the subconscious mind and the emotional memory stored within the body.

The process works with the meridian system of the body - the energetic pathways recognised in many traditional healing systems such as acupuncture.

Through a method known as energy testing, it becomes possible to identify the underlying emotional patterns and subconscious beliefs that may be influencing a person's experience.

Once these root causes are identified, the body is guided through a simple yet powerful process that combines acupressure on specific meridian points with conscious breathing.

This allows the emotional charge connected to past experiences to release safely through the body.

Because Silent Counselling works directly with the subconscious mind and the body's energetic system, it often reaches levels of healing that traditional talking therapies cannot always access.

Why the work is called
Silent Counselling

One of the most distinctive aspects of this modality is that clients do not need to verbally relive or repeatedly describe painful experiences in order for healing to occur.

In many traditional talking therapies, individuals are asked to revisit and retell the story of what happened to them to process it. For some people this can be helpful. For others, repeatedly recounting traumatic events can feel overwhelming and can sometimes reactivate the emotional distress connected to those memories.

Silent Counselling takes a different approach.

Through energy testing we can identify the emotional imprints and subconscious patterns that are still active within the body, even if the client chooses not to speak about the original event.

Once these patterns are identified, the body is supported through acupressure on specific meridian points combined with conscious breathing. This allows the emotional charge connected to the experience to release safely.

In many cases the client may only need to hold a simple awareness of the theme — such as fear, rejection, grief or anger — rather than describing the full story behind it.

This is one of the reasons the modality is called Silent Counselling. The healing takes place within the body and subconscious mind without the need to verbally relive past trauma.

For many people this creates a sense of safety and relief, allowing transformation to occur in a far gentler way.

The results
people experience

Many clients who come to Silent Counselling have already explored a range of other approaches — psychotherapy, counselling, CBT, coaching or energy healing.

Often they arrive feeling frustrated that the patterns they are experiencing continue to repeat despite their efforts to understand them. Because Silent Counselling works directly with the subconscious mind and the body's energetic system, it is often able to uncover and release the root cause of emotional patterns that may have been present for many years.

Clients frequently report breakthroughs in areas such as:

  • Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
  • Trauma responses and panic patterns
  • Fears and phobias
  • Addictive behaviours
  • Low self-worth and confidence
  • Long-standing emotional blocks

"The process is gentle, respectful and surprisingly simple, yet the shifts it creates can be profound."

Silent Counselling is accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) and is practised by trained practitioners around the world.

  • Trainer Level - Training future Silent Counselling trainers

Over the years I have guided trainees from across the world, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Portugal, Norway and Hawaii.

Others simply feel a strong calling to understand the subconscious mind more deeply and support meaningful transformation in the lives of others.

The Journey

Training pathways

All Silent Counselling trainings are delivered online, allowing participants to join from anywhere in the world. Each level builds upon the previous one.

01

Level 1 - Personal Use

Level 1 is a one-day training designed for individuals who wish to deepen their understanding of the subconscious mind and experience Silent Counselling for themselves.

Participants learn the foundational principles and techniques of the modality while also experiencing the process personally. Many people find that Level 1 alone creates meaningful shifts as emotional layers begin to release and new insight emerges.

03

Trainer Level - Teaching the modality

For practitioners who feel called to take their work even further, Silent Counselling also offers a pathway to becoming a trainer of the modality.

Trainer-level training takes place over two days and prepares practitioners to guide others through Silent Counselling practitioner certification.

As a certified tutor, I am authorised to train new trainers and support them as they begin teaching the modality themselves, maintaining integrity and quality of practice.
