Their natural gifts, their deeper purpose and the life that is truly theirs to live.
My professional life began in education, where I worked for more than two decades in schools across Scotland and eventually became a Headteacher/ School Principal.
It was meaningful work and one that I approached with deep care and commitment. Leadership in education requires a great deal of responsibility - not only for outcomes and decisions but for people. Over the years I became highly skilled at navigating complex environments, holding difficult situations and ensuring that everything continued to function even when the pressures were significant.
Like many women in positions of responsibility, I learned how to keep going.
I learned how to manage complexity, how to solve problems quickly and how to hold things together for others.
What I did not always know how to do was remain fully present in my own body while doing so.
Over time my nervous system and my health began to make it clear that something needed to change. Beneath the constant activity of leadership there was a quieter voice asking a deeper question: whether the way I had been living was truly aligned with who I was becoming.
The journey that followed was not a dramatic reinvention of my life. It was a gradual return to something that had always been present - the intelligence of the heart.
Long before I stepped away from education, I had been exploring the deeper dimensions of consciousness and human experience. I trained in intuitive and mediumistic development and spent many years studying modalities that support deep personal transformation.
These approaches offered powerful ways of understanding how emotional patterns, subconscious beliefs and unresolved experiences can shape the way we see ourselves and the way we live our lives.
For many women this remembering begins when the emotional weight they have been carrying for years is finally allowed to soften.
And in that space something else becomes possible. Women begin to reconnect with their own intuitive perception, their natural gifts and the deeper sense of purpose that may have been waiting quietly beneath years of responsibility and expectation.
The work I now offer through Heartology™ is rooted in a simple but profound understanding: the heart is not simply a place of emotion. It is an organising intelligence within the human being.
When we live primarily from the mind, life can easily become organised around pressure, performance and the need to control outcomes. When we learn to orient ourselves from the heart, something begins to rebalance.
The mind continues to serve an important role - offering clarity, structure and direction - but it no longer has to carry the entire weight of navigating life.
Instead, the deeper wisdom of the heart begins to lead.
This is where intuition, emotional intelligence and genuine discernment become available again. It is also where many women begin to reconnect with what they are truly here to contribute.
Over the years I have supported hundreds of women through one-to-one sessions, mentorship programmes, retreats and practitioner training.
Some women come because they know something significant in their lives needs to change. Others arrive with a quieter sense that something is missing, even if they cannot yet fully name what that might be.
Through our work together we gently uncover the patterns and emotional layers that may have been shaping their experience for many years.
As those layers begin to release, women often find themselves reconnecting with parts of themselves they had long forgotten - their creativity, their intuitive knowing, their sense of purpose and their capacity for joy.
When I speak about God, Source, Creator or the Universe, I am referring to the same underlying intelligence that moves through life and through us.
This work is not about belief systems. It is about helping women rediscover their own direct relationship with that intelligence.
For some women that connection feels spiritual.
For others it simply feels like a return to their own deepest truth.
Either way, the heart becomes the place where life begins to reorganise.
We are living at a time when many of the systems that shaped our lives for decades are beginning to shift.
Old models of leadership that prioritised control, competition and relentless productivity are reaching their limits. In their place a different balance is emerging - one in which the wisdom of the feminine and the grounded strength of the masculine can work together in harmony.
The work of Heartology™ exists within that wider transition.
By helping women reconnect with the intelligence of their own hearts, we begin to restore a way of living and leading that is more truthful, more humane and ultimately more sustainable for the world we are part of.
